I pushed the laws of gravity with this tower... and gravity won... when I started driving. Thankfully, with all the skewers I stuck through it, it was pretty easy to put back together, once I made the adjustments my husband originally suggested and I stubbornly ignored. The final cake looked a little different because of the adjustments, and I didn't have my camera with me, but you get the idea.

Best thing about this treat? Base and tower are vanilla cake (pink and purple swirled) with homemade dulce de leche filling between layers with butter cream frosting.
