White Chocolate Raspberry Cake

I believe in doing good. I believe in helping other people do good. That said, some of my cakes are done for organizations/causes that I believe in and try to support.

This cake went into an auction tonight to help support Bright Tomorrows in Pocatello. Every little bit helps, right?

Best thing about this treat? White cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate butter cream topped with chocolate drizzled fresh raspberries. AND that it was auctioned to support a foundation that helps abused children in my local area.

Skylanders Swarm Birthday Cake

Kids seem to be obsessed with Skylanders... my son is one of them. Especially the giants. He gets so excited just talking about them that he literally shakes as he talks. Shocking that he wanted a Skylanders cake, right?

Best thing about this treat? Chocolate and vanilla swirled cake with marshmallow butter cream frosting, and a real Skylander on top. Awesome to have real toys they can use after the party!
